Return or Exchange, and Refund

We get it. Sometimes a piece just doesn't fit you the way you thought it would. Here is exactly how to send it back.

The 7-Day Window

You have 7 days from the day your item arrives to request a return.

The Condition

We just need the item back in the exact condition you received it. That means unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. 

How to Start a Return

We keep this digital so you don't have to talk to anyone if you don't want to.

  1. Log into the Account section on our site.

  2. Go to My Orders and click Return.

  3. Our courier partner will WhatsApp, Email and Text Message with your pickup date and time.

If the internet breaks or you run into a glitch, just email us at admin@oatmeal.in and we will sort it out manually.

 

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges because inventory moves too fast. The most foolproof way to get the size or color you actually want is to return your current item for a refund, and make a separate purchase for the new one right away.

 

The Refund Process

Once your return reaches our warehouse in Jaipur, our team does a quick check to make sure the tags are still on and the item is unworn.

  • As soon as everything clears, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

  • Your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the confirmation mail. 

Please remember that banks operate on their own timelines. If it has been more than 15 working days since we approved your return and you still don't see the money, email us at admin@oatmeal.in and we will help you track it down.

 

Exceptions (The Non-Returnables)

Certain items cannot be returned. Accessories, gift cards, and items bought on sale are strictly final sale. Once you buy them, they are yours to keep.

 

Damages & Wrong Items

Please open your package when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong thing entirely, contact us immediately on admin@oatmeal.in. We will jump in and make it right before it becomes a headache for you.
