Where are your products manufactured?
We are a homegrown Indian brand. We source our fabrics locally and design, craft and manufactured every piece thoughtfully to deliver you the best.
How do I track my order?
A real-time tracking link will be sent to your WhatsApp and email as soon as your order is shipped. Also, our customer support team at admin@oatmeal.in is always available to assist you with any queries.
What is the return/exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day EASY return policy.
Here is exactly how it works:
- The Timeline: You have 7 days from the day your item is received to request a return.
- The Condition: The item just needs to be in the exact condition you received it i.e. unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- The Refund Process: Once your return reaches us, we’ll do a quick check to confirm the tags are on and the item is unworn. As soon as that check is done, we’ll send you a confirmation email and process your refund within 7 to 10 working days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Your shipping price will be shown under "Order summary" at the checkout page.
