Here is exactly how it works:

The Timeline: You have 7 days from the day your item is received to request a return.
The Condition: The item just needs to be in the exact condition you received it i.e. unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
The Refund Process: Once your return reaches us, we’ll do a quick check to confirm the tags are on and the item is unworn. As soon as that check is done, we’ll send you a confirmation email and process your refund within 7 to 10 working days.
