FAQs

We are a homegrown Indian brand. We source our fabrics locally and design, craft and manufactured every piece thoughtfully to deliver you the best.

A real-time tracking link will be sent to your WhatsApp and email as soon as your order is shipped. Also, our customer support team at admin@oatmeal.in is always available to assist you with any queries.

We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Here is exactly how it works:

The Timeline: You have 7 days from the day your item is delivered to request a return or exchange.
The Condition: The item just needs to be in the exact condition you received it i.e. unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
The Return or Exchange Process: Once your item reaches us, we’ll do a quick check to confirm the tags are on and the item is unworn. As soon as that check is done, we’ll send you a confirmation email and either arrange the exchange or process your refund within 7 to 10 working days.
